If you are ordering from outside the EU, please note that import taxes or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@inklarity.de. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping costs for returns must be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work on a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Personalized or custom-made products
Digital downloads or ebooks
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you need assistance choosing a replacement item, feel free to contact us before placing a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, the best way to do so is to return your item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
