  • You can talk about anything that’s on your mind—stress, relationships, work struggles, family, friendships, body image dissatisfaction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, sleep problems, conflicts, or dating. It’s your space to explore whatever feels most important to you right now. Everybody struggles with something. Let’s talk about it.

  • I’m currently training as a cognitive behavioral therapist. Depending on what you’re looking for, I can also integrate mindfulness-based techniques and guide you through breathing exercises, as I’m also a trained yoga and mindfulness teacher. Additionally, I draw on tools from systemic coaching. All of my methods and approaches are research-backed and I combine them with my years of experience to create a personalized approach that fits your needs.

  • Everything we discuss is strictly confidential. As a psychologist, I adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that your privacy is fully protected.

  • Sessions are held via video call, and you’ll receive the link before each appointment. For the free consultation, you can choose between a phone or video call, depending on what’s more comfortable for you.
